Childbirth Education Classes
Natural childbirth intensive. A minimum of three hours or as many as you need, of practical information about how to create a good environment for birthing. Helpful tools for you and your birth partner, massage and breathing and relaxation techniques‚ birth positions‚ a why‚ what‚ where and how you can achieve your goal.

A practical, on our hands and knees class will help you to gain good understanding of the process of birth supported by DVD's and again practical tips from 26 years of on going birthing experience in all kinds of environments. I am happy to tailor the class to your needs in your time.
Hypnobirthing
Hypnobirthing the original method - 20 years old‚ developed by Mary Mongan. 12 hours of amazing education to get you and your birth partner ready to achieve the calm and peaceful birth you deserve.
Fantastic way to learn how to overcome any fears around birthing and to teach yourself deep relaxation techniques‚ self hypnosis and how to stay calm, connected and in tune with your birthing body and baby.
Once we eliminate the fear from the birthing room, the birth can unfold in its own natural power and beauty.
Course includes a book, a CD and many handouts!
